To register and use the platform Fortune33, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of Fortune33 account registration.
• You must be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contract within the jurisdiction of your place of residence.
• You are not on any active self-exclusion list on any related gambling platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold more than one (1) active account at Fortune33 at any given time.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Your full name, phone number, email address, and any other required details must be valid and belong to you. Fortune33 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member.

Your Fortune33 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

2.1 Password Responsibility

You must keep your Fortune33 account password and login credentials confidential at all times. You must not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the Fortune33 support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Fortune33 may require you to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected on your account. Documents that may be required include:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement from the last three months)
• Documents related to the payment method used

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.

• The outcome of all games is final once the match or round has concluded.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Fortune33 reserves the right to void or adjust any affected bets at our discretion.
• Odds and betting markets may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation shall apply.
• For live Sports Betting, settlements will be based on the official result of the relevant match.

Virtual sports results are generated by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each virtual sports match is an independent event and is not influenced by the outcome of any previous match.

You are not permitted to:

• Using Fortune33's name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering any software or technology used by Fortune33.

The Fortune33 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Fortune33 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses.
• Fortune33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Fortune33's maximum liability to any member within a 12-month period is limited to the total net deposits made by that member during the same period.
• Fortune33 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party payment system failures, or natural disasters.

Fortune33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process
• Account closure request by the member
• Active self-exclusion

If your account is legitimately terminated, any eligible balance remaining in your account will be returned to you upon completion of the review process, within a reasonable timeframe.
